Henri Depiesse has worked as a cook for 17 years and has been a head chef for 7 years. He was behind the success of the Chalet Robinson. Since 2 years, he has been the head chef at Enjoy, found at Louise in Brussels.
It was in one of the largest European institutions that he acquired experience and discovered new techniques while developing his own unique style.
Frédéric Bellefroid on the other hand started in the communication and marketing sector. He eventually became a restaurant manager. It was during his stint working at a “fast food” restaurant that the idea of launching a project that corresponded to his values emerged: offering healthy, delicious and local food that is in balance with nature.
